Darnell Dockett about to find out market value

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The difference between what a player thinks he's worth and what he's actually worth is usually a harsh dose of reality. Darnell Dockett will find out if others think he's worth what he does in the next few weeks. The Arizona Cardinals released Dockett on Friday, endnig his 11-year tenure with the franchise that drafted him. Arizona didn't think he was worth his $6.8 million salary or the $9.8 million cap hit that came with it. By listening to Cardinals general manager Steve Keim over the last few weeks, this was strictly a business decision.
