PHOENIX -- The NFL owners meetings are under way and apart from watching team owners and coaches walking a media gauntlet here at the Arizona Biltmore, which includes getting from one meeting to another, not much has happened thus far. The media conference, though, hosted by the league's competition committee is scheduled to begin at 4:15 p.m. ET/1:15 p.m. PT in which tweaks to league rules are expected to be addressed.
