4 101 Dallas (from Detroit): Scott McKilllop--ILB Pittsburgh...... Dallas needs depth at inside linebacker and McKillop fits that need. Could push for a starting spot in coming years if he can stay healthy.

4 102 Kansas City: Mike Thomas--WR Arizona...... Small WR who should excel as a special teams weapon and nice target when they go to a 3 WR package.

4 103 St. Louis: Keenan Lewis--CB Oregon State....... Team can't have enough young talented corners.

4 104 Cleveland: Chip Vaughn--SS Wake Forest..... Smart player who will help reshape the defense

4 105 Seattle: David Bruton--FS Notre Dame......... Should contend for a starting job by no later than 2010.

4 106 Cincinnati: Travis Beckum--TE Wisconsin..... Steal at this point in the draft and if healthy can have a huge impact this season.

4 107 Jacksonville: Trevor Canfield--OG Cincinnati......... Helps a desperate need on this team. Should develop into a starter in the coming years.

4 108 Miami (from Oakland) Cedric Peerman--RB Virginia..... Speed back who can spell Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams.

4 109 Green Bay: Jaimie Thomas--OG Maryland..... Depth for the offensive line

4 110 Buffalo: Zac Follett--OLB California.............Will help add pressure on the QB and should work well with Poz.

4 111 San Francisco: Jonathan Casillas--OLB Wisconsin........Singletary keeps adding to his side of the ball.

4 112 Houston: David Veikune--DE Hawaii ..........Best available to fit a need at this point in the draft as the Texans are constantly trying to upgrade their defense.

4 113 San Diego: T.J. Lang--OT Eastern Michigan..... Nice swing tackle who should grow into a future starter.

4 114 Denver: Jasper Brinkley--ILB South Carolina....... More talent to upgrade this defense.

4 115 NY Jets (from Washington): Mike Goodson--RB Texas A&M....Young back to groom behind Thomas Jones and eventually become a rotational starter.

4 116 New Orleans: Kaluka Maava--OLB USC..............Nice depth for the Saints at OLB. Should contribute on special teams.

4 117 Dallas: Coye Francies--CB San Jose State...... With the Anthony Henry trade and Pacman release the Cowboys need depth at corner.

4 118 New Orleans: (from NY Jets) Nic Harris--OLB Oklahoma......Nice depth for the Saints at OLB. Should contribute on special teams.

4 119 Chicago: Kory Sheets---RB Purdue.......... Another player for the offense with nice size/speed combo who will be a great number two to Matt Forte.

4 120 Tampa Bay: Alex Magee--DT Purdue.... Nice big body for the defense. Should become part of the tackle rotation in camp.

4 121 Philadelphia: Austin Collie--WR BYU.....Perfect wide receiver for Andy Reid's scheme. Smart, good route runner and doesn't draw attention to himself.

4 122 Houston (from Minnesota): Tyronne Green--OG Auburn.... Could push for a starting role in 2010; this year he will be provide depth.

4 123 Baltimore: Kyle Moore--DE USC........ Will help with the restocking of the defense that was raided this off-season

4 124 New England: Sebastian Vollmer--OT Houston........ Talented tackle who will provide depth this year but could become a starter down the road.

4 125 Atlanta: Glenn Coffee--RB Alabama.... Depth behind Michael Turner who can help lightening the load for the franchise back.

4 126 Oakland(from Miami) Ricky Jean Francois--DT LSU...........The perfect Raiders player. When motivated is dominating but doesn't seem to have his head on straight sometimes.

4 127 Indianapolis: Stephen McGee--QB Texas A&M.......Upgrade behind Peyton who could become a very good #2 QB.

4 128 Carolina: Vance Walker--DT Georgia Tech......... Fills a desperate need in the middle of the defense. Walker should see the field early in his career.

4 129 NY Giants: Matt Shaughnessy--DE Wisconsin..... Coughlin's type of guy. Blue collar who will provide excellent depth for the G-Men.

4 130 Tennessee: Corey Irvin--DT Georgia........... Big body to help lessen the loss of big Albert

4 131 Arizona: Xavier Fulton--OT Illinois.......... Good swing tackle candidate for next year with the chance to be a starter in the future

4 132 Pittsburgh: Louis Vasquez--OG Texas Tech....... Focus this year is to upgrade the offensive line and Vasquez helps with that mission

4 133 San Diego: Michael Hamlin--SS Clemson......Will team with Weddle to provide a nice safety tandem in San Diego.

4 134 San Diego: Brandon Williams--DE Texas Tech..... Help with the pass rush and likely replace Igor in the rotation.

4 135 Tennessee: Jarrett Dillard--WR Rice.... Great steal at this point. Should make roster and play on special teams.

4 136 Indianapolis: Morgan Trent--CB Michigan..... Solid corner who should contribute this year
