Mike Kafka QB Northwestern Interview

You followed up an incredible bowl game by playing in the East-West Shrine Bowl how was that experience?

I definitely think it helped. It was a great experience to go out and play well, and it was also great to meet a lot of NFL scouts.

What is your official height, weight &and most recent forty time?

Ht: 6’3, Wt: 220; 40 Time: 4.7s

What do you consider to be your biggest strength?
My leadership skills.

What part of your game have you worked on improving?
My five and seven step drops from under center.

Where have you been training, how often do you workout to stay in shape?

I have been working out at Evo Sports/Ultra Fit in Tempe, AZ twice a day since January.

Who is the toughest opponent/teammate you have faced, how did you fare?

Sherrick McManis from Northwestern. He is a defensive back and we’d go against each other every day in practice. He is a great competitor and I loved facing him. I feel like we would make each other better each time we went head-to-head.
