I have to say when I saw the news of the new Eagles defensive coordinator, Juan Castillo, I thought what a mistake and this is going to cost Andy Reid is job eventually and that Gruden is probably home shopping in Philadelphia. Then I read Jack Bechta's piece on Juan and thought just maybe Reid made a good hire. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.
