Joker Phillips
Joker is the real deal. Yes, I know what you're thinking… of course she'd say that...she's a Kentucky fan. Okay, You've got me. I cheered on Kentucky long before there was an Air Raid, much less before there was a class act like Phillips at the helm. But let's put aside my love for UK for a second and talk about Joker.
Fact: Kentucky's Offense improved nearly 100 yds per game over the previous year. 100. 100 yards. That's a heck of a start.
Fact: Joker takes action. Our defense struggled last year. Immediate action by Phillips. Hello Rick Minter. We went from struggling to stop the run to players being psyched up to show off our new aggressive and intense defense.
Fact: Joker's Wildcats beat both The Enemies.. Louisville and that..that... .well, let's be nice. Spurrier. They beat Spurrier. Anyone who can beat Spurrier deserves loyalty for life.

Skip Holtz
I am going to skip all the homerisms and family tradition nonsense for a second. Let's judge the Skipster on who he is on his own and what he can do. Now, yes, last year he didn't make a W/L improvement of the year prior.. he actually pulled off the exact same wins but what wins they were! You know you are in my good graces if you win over Louisville any given Saturday but what a hard fought win...then there's the Bowl win, among others. That doesn't hurt. This year I see him winning and winning big.
Doc Holliday
Okay, so it's not just his wicked cool name that has me cheering for Marshall and Holiday. They were solid at the end of 2010 and I expect to see an even better season this year. During
his coaching career, Holliday has coached in 20 bowl games, three national championship games and coached 11 players that have gone on to the National Football League. He has also coached four All-Americans and 16 student-athletes that have earned all-conference or All-East honors. He has amazing potential with Marshall and I can't wait to see what he can do.

Houston Nutt
Yes, I know that he is not meeting and greeting all my expectations, certainly not meeting those of the Rebs right now..but you've just gotta love him! "Right Reverend" Nutt is such an inspiration and I believe in him. He is going to prove why he is that inspiration..to not just the fans, but to the young men he inspires every single day. Look for the Rebels to stand up this season and fight hard in the SEC.
Coach JoePa is just.. quintessential football. He has lived football and will die with a clipboard in one hand, a whistle in the other. How can you not love him? He has coached more bowl game wins than any other coach in college football history and is the first and currently only FBS coach to reach 400 victories. He has also coached five undefeated teams that won major bowl games. Joe.Is Football. Enough said.
Coaches I'd like to see move on...

Mike Locksley, New Mexico 2-22 in 2 seasons. What else can I add to that?
Bob Toledo, Tulane, 13-35 in 4 seasons. Move on honey, go ahead...it's time.
Paul Wulff, Washington State 5-32 in 3 seasons.. Total of 2 total league wins. Ouch.
Ron Zook, Illinois, 28-45 in 6 seasons. A little improvement last year but dude..even David Bailiff could do this with a little help from the Illini
