ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Bills on Tuesday waived defensive tackle Jay Ross, opening a spot on their 53-man roster. Ross played in five games as a reserve since being re-signed in September. The Bills also signed wide receiver Cordell Roberson to the practice squad. Roberson is an undrafted rookie from Stephen F. Austin State University.
