The Texans might actually open up Reliant Stadium's retractable roof Sunday night for their game against the Indianapolis Colts, which starts at 8:30 p.m. It works. I swear. I've seen it open on non-gamedays with my own eyes. The team made the announcement on its official Twitter feed, citing an expected temperature of 56-70 degrees and clear skies: Roof Forecast for Sunday: 56-70 degrees, no rain.
