Galette, agent deny report of extension

Junior Galette and his agent both strongly denied a report by Yahoo! Sports that the linebacker had agreed in principle on a new contract with the New Orleans Saints. After the report was released, Galette tweeted: Galette also told The Times-Picayune via text, “Rumors. I haven’t agreed to anything. Trust me I’m more shocked den u r.” Later, Galette’s agent Alvin Keels also tweeted: Galette, 26, has two years remaining on his current deal with the Saints.
