Cleveland Browns general manager Ray Farmer may not believe in taking a wide receiver high in the draft, but the rest of the NFL world does. Many mock drafts have the Browns pigeonholed into taking a wideout with the first of their two first-round picks, 12th overall. Almost all have them taking a wideout either 12th or 19th.
