What exactly are the Redskins doing? You hire the entire staff before you hire the head coach. If it's Steve Mariucci then announce it. If it's a coach in the Super Bowl then how are you certain about the assistants? Danny Danny Danny...Will you ever learn. Washington will likely take a step or two back next year. I expect a lot of guys to make a run for it this off-season.

While I'm OK with the staffing changes if the stories are true about trading Marion Barber III and picks for the #1st pick to get Arkansas tailback Darren McFadden then you my friend will show the rest of the NFL and sports media you are again out of control. This would be a horrible move of epic proportion and you will deserve all the negative attention you get. Trade picks, move up and down, trade players such as Jason Ferguson, Marcus Spears and Bobby Carpenter but DO NOT TRADE Marion Barber.
Al Davis---Oakland Raiders
How can you expect to be taken serious if you continue to fire coaches or force them out? Lane Kiffin did a nice job for you and should certainly be retained. If you want to get rid of him do Raiders Nation a favor and sell the team and your portion. That would make so many people happy and save your reputation. Heck maybe Bill Gates would buy the Raiders and let football people under the age of 110 run things.
